In-stock accessories and linens typically ship within 3-5 business days. Larger furniture pieces and custom upholstery generally have a lead time of 8-12 weeks, depending on the manufacturer and shipping destination.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Biscuit Home ships to the United States and Canada. For inquiries regarding international shipping to other countries, please contact our concierge team for a custom freight quote.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We accept returns on unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made furniture, wallpaper, and final sale items are non-returnable. A 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. For white-glove furniture deliveries, our logistics partner will call you directly to schedule a delivery window.

Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings and the natural characteristics of materials like wood and stone, slight variations may occur. We recommend ordering fabric swatches if you are color-matching.
