At Biscuit Home, we want you to love every piece of your living space; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely repackage your home goods.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your tracking records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
